Our Practice has an active Patient’s Reference Group (PRG) who are there to represent the views of the Practice’s patients. The group meets with the practice team every quarter face to face to help set Practice priorities for the future including:
- Practice priorities and issues raised in the surveys
- Service development and planned practice changes
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) related issues
- GP patient survey issues
The PRG Group consists of representative members of the Practice, GPs from the partnership, Practice's Manager, Secretary and Reception Supervisor. Minutes of meetings are posted on this website or are available as a PDF file on request.
We welcome applications from all sections of our practice population to join our PRG in order to ensure our group is as representative as possible. Membership is open to any patient, so if you would like to join the group or have any questions or suggestions that you would like to raise through the PRG, then do write to the surgery, marking your letter for the attention of the PRG and we will forward it on your behalf. If you do not want to join the PRG, then please feel free to pop any comments, ideas, suggestions or criticisms into our suggestions box.
